"Wasn't really suprised to see the mixed reactions from this record.
I remember telling peeps about it coming up soon and it being possibly on BET uncut.
Not so.
It still gets it's respect.
Needless to say, the strip-bars LOVE it.
It seems like this song is taboo though.
Like, no one wants to be caught listening to it because of the subject, but alot of grown women like it.
I remember walking in the lab and it was playing with just Royce's verse on it and Ingrid's hook...
I instantly knew it was a banger in it's own right.
Like, if I'm gonna feature on a song, don't give me the regular concept of just getting on it and talking shit.
Let's think of some shit that'll challenge our flows, the listener's ear, and all that shit.
I still think "F.M.B.O." has one of the most unique vibes and spark on "Independent's Day".
